One of the best ways to burn calories and build muscle is through resistance training. We offer a ton of different resistance training options. From Cybex to Life Fitness machines, squat racks, smith machines, speciality leg presses, hack squats, Arsenal Strength specialty machines, old school Nautilus machines, lat pull-downs, cables, seated rows, bench presses, and dumbbells, ranging from 2 lbs. to 110lbs. you will find it all at ATR!
ATR also has both men’s and women’s locker rooms for changing fully, equipped with lockers. We offer luxury wood lockers for all of our guests, with built in locks so no need to bring your own lock.
