In 25 years of training and coaching people through life-changing transformations, only 12 people have achieved the incredible milestone of losing 100 pounds at ATR Fitness. That alone shows how rare and difficult this accomplishment truly is. Losing weight is hard. Changing habits is hard. Staying consistent for months and years is hard. But Jamie stayed committed to the process and completely transformed her lifestyle.
That is what lifelong fitness is all about.
Jamie’s transformation is inspiring not only because of the amount of weight she lost, but because of the healthier, happier life she has created for herself along the way. More energy. More confidence. Better health. Better quality of life. Those are the things that truly matter.
