ATR Fitness Personal Training is excited to introduce Selly’s Step Club — a community-driven walking group designed to help you get active, clear your mind, and surround yourself with people who are working toward the same goal of getting better. Huge shout out to trainer Selly for creating this amazing program!
This is not a class. It’s not a workout you need to prepare for. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no experience required. It’s simply a way to move more, get outside, and build consistency in a way that actually lasts.
Selly’s Step Club meets every Sunday starting at 8:45 AM. Coffee and water will be provided, and each week the location will change so we can explore different areas throughout Rochester, NY and the surrounding communities. We will be walking all around Webster, Penfield, Fairport, Pittsford, Brighton, Irondequoit, and Rochester itself.
Because the location rotates weekly, you’ll want to join the WhatsApp group to stay updated. There will also be a link in this blog where you can sign up and get all the details.
This is completely free and open to everyone. You do not need to be a client at ATR Fitness to join.
One of the biggest reasons we created Selly’s Step Club is because most people overlook one of the most important factors in improving their body composition and overall health — daily movement.
